Meet At parking lot @ 7:00 am, you may Get your Bib # pick up @ 7:00 am . Then Get a Ride up to Bridal Veil Falls to start of 10k

The Course is a very easy course, By Bridal Veil Falls, run 6.2 miles back down the canyon.

This run is fully paved. The premier running event to train for on the Wasatch front. This is the most beautiful run with the most spectacular view of Mt.Timpanogos, follow the river running up and down a fully paved river trail in a tunnel of trees on a cool May morning.
Its an easy up and down trailrun.
