Run Starts close to 9:am.run towards Bridal Veil Falls.
To Get to timp park, It is easy, go south on I-15 From slc, get off 800 n. Orem exit, go east to the mountains you are at the mouth of provo canyon (University ave.), Then go towards Provo canyon .turn in at the park, you will be directed to get your bib#. Get bib @ 8:am with bib #. you will walk to the trail. run 3.1 miles up at Bridal Veil Falls run back down. Finish is Timp park. close to the same place were you parked. This run is fully paved. The premier running event to train for on the Wasatch front. This is the most beautiful with the most spectacular view of Mt.Timpanogos, you follow the river running down a fully paved river trail in a tunnel of trees on a cool May morning.
