COMING FROM THE NORTH

For the Start of Bike Come to Deer Creek Dam Top Of Provo Canyon, Park on Old Highway.

From Salt Lake City go East on I-80
Merge onto US-40 E via EXIT 146 toward HEBER / VERNAL.
Turn RIGHT onto W RIVER RD / CR-3130. Continue to follow W RIVER RD.
Turn RIGHT onto E MAIN ST / UT-113.
Turn LEFT onto S CENTER ST / UT-113.
Turn RIGHT onto TATE LN.
Turn LEFT onto STRINGTOWN RD.
End at Challet, Soldier Hollow, is at the North east end of Deer Creek dam for the finish
For the Start go around the Deer Creek Reservoir to the Dam to park and Ride your bike to the
Start of the swim, after swim you will get on your bike.

You must have your running shoes with you, or leave run shoes at the finish area at the challet Transition.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH

Be at Deer Creek Dam 5:30am to sign waiver $10 has been paid w/pre-registration

From Provo go North on UNIVERSITY AVE / US-189.
Continue to follow US-189 up Provo canyon.
Turn LEFT onto CHARLESTON RD / UT-113.
Turn LEFT onto TATE LN.
Turn LEFT onto STRINGTOWN RD.
End at Challet, Soldier Hollow, is at the North east end of Deer Creek dam for the finish
For the Start go around the Deer Creek Reservoir to the Dam to park and Ride your bike to the
Start of the swim, after swim you will get on your bike.

Parking and Race Information:
· Park along the old highway 189 along the dam.
· 5:30 am - 6:00 am: Pick up your bib #, sign USAT rules agreement at the dam.
· You will ride your mountain bike from the registration area to the swim area (see course information). Make sure you have your swim equipment and biking equipment with you. You'll have to bring your running shoes with you or somehow make arrangements to have your shoes at the Chalet at Soldier Hollow for the run transition.
· 6:30 am: Race (swim) to begin.
· Final event willl end at the Chalet in Soldier Hollow.
· You will have to ride your bike back to the parking area unless you make other arrangements. Or Ask for a ride.
