is really fun. Run to Mile 9 then 13 then 20 finish at 26.2

Provo Canyon Marathon - September 8, 2012:
a Beautiful Marathon run, & Team Relay, The Provo Marathon is measured
to a USAT Distance course, Very easy downhill in the Beautiful
Wallburg Valley 9 miles easy down hill. 13 miles to the dam, 2nd half
Run Down Provo Canyon, a short way will be on a trail above the Provo
River. you will run past Bridal Veil falls to finish in Provo at Shops@Riverwoods.

Marathon runs from Wallsburg, which is 12.5 miles from deer creek
dam.
This run has a little bit of "fun everything", from runners
who run last year,
and they are coming back in 2011.

Provo Marathon & Team Relay, A Beautiful run down Provo Canyon
Fresh Mt. Air.
You get a taste of canyon, winding around a city trail in shade
tree's, then run on paved trails through farms to Shops@ Riverwoods,
finish w/ Fruit. Runners love it.
Teams of 2-4 Teams Do not catch the bus, you will drive each
other from start to next transistion.
Get you your bib #s at the start of team relay,
Drive to the top of wallsburg, you get a clip board and info.

That is the start. 6:am as soon as you have bibs and bus's from
marathon runners are ready, we can start.
You will run and relay each other
Meet at Shops@Riverwoods 4:45 am to pick up bib number
and load onto the bus. You will be bussed to Wallsburg of Provo
Canyon for the Marathon. Run will follow Provo River Trail

DIRECTIONS
Traveling on I-15 Freeway going south, from SLC.
Get off at Center Street exit in Orem.
Go east towards the Mountains a couple of miles.
You will go past 800 East (Red-light in Orem).
You drop off a hill, now you are in Provo (4800 North) & Provo
River.
Turn left (North) into Shops@Riverwoods (Big Shopping center &
You must Park @ Shops at RiverWoods do not park on the road that
is were you will run).
PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE TO THE START YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARK.

The Provo Marathon is a Beautiful fun courses running in the Mountains
& next to the Provo River. Cool Morning Start.

It has been a lot of hard work since 2004-2008. 2009
Wow, to finally run this course!
Last year in was a Dream Come True, to run down the canyon mostly
on Paved trail.
Runners Loved it, so will you.
Last years runners Loved the relay course, they said for sure they
are coming back.
Team Captains can register all four members of their team by credit
card.

Relay runners Start at the Dam, you will relay your team down the
canyon to finish at shops@riverwoods Provo.

runner, So we can get off the highway quickly.

What a fun Relay Marathon 2-4 person team.
This
run has become the favorite run for many runners to train for in
the summer.
Some runners use the run to get ready for St. George in October.
Then the adventure starts,
Fun time at finish with drinks, pancakes, lay under the large trees
on the grass.
